I have made a total of 4 orders from Zando starting in April 2013. The first purchase was completed and delivered with no issues. I received communication every step of the way via email and the courier phoned to schedule delivery. However, during the last three purchases Zando has behaved like some government department. They send only one email stating that they have received the order and nothing more after that. The most annoying thing is to see a courier showing at your office door without your knowledge and you ask yourself; what if they do not find you in the office? and they have not bothered to send you an email that the order is dispatched. Whoever is responsible should get their act together and tell customers when the order is dispatched and give them the tracking number.
