Horrible Service - No Care Attitude

I forgot my Edcon account card at CNA Wonderboom Junction The Saturday before last.
The lady from CNA called me and advised that I forgot it there.
When my fiance went on Friday to go and collect the card nobody could asisst her.
They just said that the Manager is not there and she has the card. They all just draw their shoulders and said that we should go back another time. Why does the Manager have my card when she is not there? How can nobody know about account cards? Please assist
