I went into the branch to draw money. after standing in a queue longer the the quick isle, to wait to be served by either of the two tellers i found out that Card Division had messed up and i needed to call them. stood round for over an hour waiting for assistance again just two members assisting staff, on asking for the manager we got this lady who could not make eye contact and didn't listen to what was said to her. i finally got help from the teller who assisted me originally and it took so long she forgot who i was or why she sent me to make a call to card division. i was not the only one to complain

The second issue is i contacted Card division on Tuesday afternoon to up my credit limit which was agreed and i was told this was immediately available. when i tried to draw money today the limit had not been increased i called and was told that it was approved and the can't tell me why it has not been loaded but it has now been corrected and will be available in 5 minutes, this was at 09:15 and it is after 15:00 now and it still has not been done.
