What a disgrace!!!

On Saturday the 1st of June, I used my fiance's debit card to withdraw money from the credit account as the two is linked. The first time the services was cancelled due to a technical error. So I tried to withdraw the monies again and this time it worked. When we got home I saw that the monies went off twice after the one was cancelled. So this morning I phoned Standard bank and spoke to a lady in the general banking department which confirmed that I had signing rights on my fiance's debit card and said that the card division will be able to assist me, just for Dane in card division to get nasty with me telling me that she gave me incorrect information and he won't be able to assist me and that I need to have a secondary card on my fiance's account for him to assist me. He was very rude and did not even wanted to try to assist me after I was told that the card division will assist me as I do have signing rights! This is a disgrace as he is a loyal Standard Bank client and I usually need to do the queries as he is very busy and does not have the time to call in and sort this out himself!
