She did with my RCS card

On friday around 10am I went tot autozone lebowakgomo to collect my card, I did online application and I called RCS call center the consultant told me to go collect my card at Autopage, as I get there they was a lady by the name of cecila who was assisting me apparently shes the store manager but tat lady she s got stinking attidute, as I was explaining that I came to fetch the card she was so rude saying if I don't do it her way she won't help me, finnaly I had to let her be the bossy me cause I was tired of talking and standing, I finished with her at around 4.we did everything.it was time to activate my card, I said I don't want anything at autozone, she used my card to buy her own stuff, she bought herself 2bottles of blade perpose cleaner.nd she said that's the only way she can activate my card or else she will cancell it cause I'm such a custmere, she gave me 100 Of papers to sign, didn't evn gve me time to read them.only whn I got home o realised tat I signed an invoice of the things she used my card to swipe fo them.what kind of manager does that?
