I had an incident of on my account over a month ago, I went into the Sandton branch on 8 August. I opened a case for investigation. My cards were destroyed at the branch and a new card was supposeldy ordered. I was not informated of a replacement fee etc but was told that I would received a SMS when my card reached the branch and that I should collect. Later that day i received an email from Cecelia van Deventer to which i responded and to date still no response. I found it quite strange that after a month no SMS. I called through on Friday 6 September to follow up and to my surprise no card was ordered at the branch!!! I expressed my disgust and explained that I should not be inconvenienced due to this I needed a card ASAP but was told they will now order a card at a cost of R55 and it would take 7-10 days!!! The lady at the call centre could not assist and referred me to a branch manager- Nathan Reddy- promised a call back at 12:30 on Friday today is Tuesday guess what still no call!!! I would like the card couriered to me due to this inconvenience and Im not prepared to pay a fee I was not initially advised of.
