90 DAY EXCHANGE!!! NO QUESTIONES

I was foolish enough to buy on-line a Sealy Camara Pillowtop Bed set on the 13/12/2012. When it was due to deliver I received a call that there was no stock but they would be able to supply another brand - Restonic - exactly the same even more expensive because the sealy will only be available second week in January 2013.
Since I received the Restonic I requested it to be exchanged because it is not the same as the Sealy. I have had absolute no answers and appart from two calls that I received from a lady by the name Cedi - also took the request for exchange, nobody ever calls you back. I am suppose to get a call always "Tomorrow" from Amanda. But since tomorrow never arives I am still waiting and had enough. Promised delivery between the 6-8 Feb 2013 but no confirmation and still nobody is prepared to stick their necks out and DO SOMETHING.
I have phoned about 11 times already and the whole story is captured on their system. WHAT ON EARTH ARE THEY DOING??? All I want is the Bed set that I ordered and PAID FOR on the 13th of December 2012...
