Been waiting almost two months for a bed

I ordered a bed from Russels in Piet Retief on 31/07/2013. They then placed the order with Sealy in Johannesburg. They told me that it would be about a three week waiting period. On 21/08/2013 I inquired about when the bed will be here. I was told that there is a problem with the delivery. I was promised that the bed would be here two weeks after that. I called on 02/09/2013 again, I also called Sealy directly, and was told that the bed was dispatched however will only be here on the 10th. On the 11th I called again and was told that from dispatch to delivery takes 10 working days so the bed will be here by the 17th. I called today and was told that Sealy head office have only 4 orders that are meant for Piet Retief and won't send a truck for just 4 beds. In other words my bed has in fact not been dispatched as I was told on the 2nd, by Sealy. When asked when I will be receiving my bed, I was told that they didn't know and would see when they can send a truck this way. I find this very unprofessional and unacceptable!!! There have been a lot of phone calls in between and I have been given quite a few different.
