I purchased a Sealy Caraz queen size bed in 2011. The bed was faulty and replaced by Sealy in October 2012. Its has not been 10 Months and the bed is falling apart. The seams's stitching has failed and the Bed's frame has colapsed. I had to go and buy a brand new bed on Monday as the Sealy was not longer usable. I paid R6000 for a product that is utterly unusable. I contacted Sealy yesterday and their response was, they cannot find any record of my first bed ever been replaced. This even though I have an email from a Sealy employee stating that my 1st bed is faulty and will be replaced. I have no alternative than to source legal action and approach the Consumer protection board.
