I bought a jacket at Durban on the 26/02/13 not being aware that it was torn inside, then i went to Identity Wonderpark in pta to return/exchange, when i got there the manager (Anna) told me that she will not be able to credit my acc or do any exchange she is required to talk to the area manager (Cindy) first and she will cal to give feedback, she said if the area manage doesn't approve i will be required to come back to the store to collect the jacket or else she will credit my acc herself, this disturbed me because no one has a right to do any modifications on my acc at my absence and i have a right to return an item if i am dissatisfied with it, i left the jacket and the invoice with her, she called the next day and Impolitely informed me that they will stitch the jacket and i should come back for collection, i refused and told her that if exchange cannot be done then i request that they credit my account at my presence, she hanged up the phone instantly, this really made feel devalued and inconvenienced as a loyal acc holder, why should i be forced to pay for a damaged item, this is unprofessional. Now i have to run around going back to the store at my own expense and time.
