We collected a new Sony Bravia at New World 14/1/2013 after an insurance claim. After 14 days the TV broke down and the set was send in to User Electronics for repairs by New World. They claim that a fuse box was replaced due to "power surged" although we had no lighting the whole week prior to the break down and none other electronic items was affected. After help from teh insurance company and numerous calls the set was repaired but all contact with the supplier was unprofessional and unhelpful. When set was taken in the staff handled set with no care and neglected to pack it back in packaging after testing. The mentioned time for repair was 2-3 weeks for a new set that was only 14 days old. We will definetely not purchase anything from New World in future as they do everything in their power to fill their pockets but NONE to assist client. Even the written report of the repair could not be delivered on request and are "in process" to be requested.
