Poor service from store mange

I went today (30072013) to the Identity store in the reds mall to have an Item exchanged.
My wife removed the swing ticket and wanted to use it. when she saw that it did not fit properly she immediately removed it a put it away and it was hung in our wardrobe with other jackets.
I went to Identity at the Reds mall to have this Exchanged and i was very happy to see that they had the size of the exact jacket.
I informed the store manager of the above and she looked at the jacket and because it had some fluff on it she insisted that the item was used.. I picked up the jacket from the rails and showed her that this also had fluff and she insisted that mine was used. After all i even asked her to please have a look at the history on the account because i know this can be done, When i asked She replied " i dont have access to that info" She just refused to help me out, i asked to call head office and she said call yourself. I did buy the bigger size and left the store with both sizes.
I used my cell in the store and the agent got the area manager to call me back, I managed to Speak to Maria to asked me to Drop of the jacket with her at Brooklyn to try and help.
