Yesterday I walked into Identity store to exchange the jacket I bought last months, the guy was assisting me and wanted authorization from the supervisor (Phumulani) who was so rude, firstly she never greeted me, secondly she pushed away my jacket with attitude to say it's already passed the date to exchange and then left, never said anything to me, until the guy explained it to me, I was so embarrassed and hurt as I leave the till points about the way I was treated considering the fact that I have an account with Identity for more than 10 years and this is how I'm treated... I even considering closing my account, to make matters worse it was 5 days over and this jacket is still in good condition with price tag, it's just that it's a small size, what must I do with it.
