Account still showing as "Active" on ITC!!

Truworths I'm really sick and tired of you people! While I was still a student I had an account with you guys and there was a point where I didn't have money to pay it, but when I got a job in 2011, I settled the account with you (Truworths) directly. I even got a letter from you people confirming that my account is settled and has been closed! and by the way, this was in August 2011!!

I called you people early 2012 to find out why my old account with you people was still showing as "Active" as if I hadn't paid it in full whereas my accounts with other institutions like Edgars were shown as "Closed", your consultant said they'll sort it out but the account will remain on my record for 2 years!
I didn't have a problem with that, So I thought that this issue was sorted out, only to find out that you still didn't sort out your rubbish on my record!

I owe you nothing on that account!!! Please fix your mess! or I'll have no choice but to approach my lawyers and the Ombudsman! And I promise you, you'll pay for every cent I spend towards trying to sort this matter out from this point onwards. You might be a big company, but you are not bigger than the Law!
