I made a couch order with micro fibre material of which they charge 10% extra for. Upon paying the 50% dep., I decided to change the material to normal cow leather, which the 10% must've been the only thing taken out. This is where the nightmare started when I queried the price difference from Andri, who assisted me from the beginning. There was no form of feedback after calling countless times. There was no communication at all. I got Ockert Rossouw email from their website, only 2 find out from Andri that she had changed my order because they no longer had the couch I chose. She did this without communicating to me & claims to have called me the next day after the quote & now they don't want to refund my full money. I have email proof from them reminding me of the invoice I had and to confirm order go ahead. After being called and informed of 'out of stock' the next day... WOW!! I am now forced to either take an order I didn't choose or forfeit 25% of the total amount. After admitting in writing (email) that they do refund if it was the wrong order. I'm however taking this further. This is ridiculous & unheard of. The invoice doesn't say anything about this. BEWARE OF THIS STORE!
