Once they have your money they dont care

On the october 31 i had couches delivered to my house from coricraft, i was happy with my purchase until a month later when one of the couches started making sounds, the couch would then sound like its breaking when being sat on. early december i went to the store to report what has been going on, i was told that someone would be sent to my house to inspect the couch, today its february 8 and i am still waiting. i am highly disappointed especially after spending an arm and a leg in their store. this is plain bad customer service i am expecting and i want them to come and take their damaged goods and give my money back
