Checkout point disgrace

The checkout point at Game in Somerset mall is a disgrace. It takes ages for one customer to go thru checkout, cashiers look like they missed a few nights of sleep, there are never someone to pack the bags, cashier have to do it and usually don't have a clue how to pack bags. The supervisor is standing around talking nonsense to other staff and not assisting in any way. Please do something about this.
