Poor Quality and No Response

We bought two couches from Coricraft and they were delivered at the beginning of June. The couches are practically brand new but they are losing their shape and sinking in the middle of the couch already. The cushions seem to be flat and losing their shape rapidly.

I sent through a mail to Penny at Coricraft on Friday but I have had no acknowledgement of my mail being received. We would like our couches repaired as we spent a great deal of money only to find that the couches might not even last a year considering how poor the quality is.

Please can you fix this as soon as possible.
