Dont Buy at Tanur - Sandton City

Went to Sandton to look for engagement rings. After having a good response and great service at most of the stores we went into Tanur - Sandton City, after seeing a great ring in the window.

When we walked in i notice a man at the door which i can only presume is security who came in with us & stood next to us while we were looking at the different rings in the draws.

No service and i cant say it was from begin busy as there where no clients in the shop and all the staff stood in the cornor around the till sniggering to each other.

When we got help i queried about a ring in the draws compared to a similar one we had seen in the window. The sales person mentioned that they are different rings & while i was still looking at the one we had see in the draws she just took it from me, and promptly walked off with it to the window display cases. This all while security is standing right next to me. I have never felt so uncomfortable & unwelcome in a shop before all i wanted to do was leave.
We went straight back to Lorraine Efume and purchased a .80 carat similar to the one in your shop but your price was better, next time dont treat your customers like dirt!
