PRICE RING

I went to galaxy greenacres and i saw a ring in the window . i went in the shop and asked the lady at the counter for the ring in the window with a price tag of R149, she went to the window and said that she could not give me the ring for that price as it was the wrong price on the ring .the price was supposed to be R349 .i dont see how this is my problem that a galaxy staff member puts the wrong price on .i want to pay the price that was in the window display .that display is a tool to get people to come in to the shop .i spoke to Vanessa (manager) and she said that she doesnt have to give me the ring for the price in the window because it was a human error.
