Unwelcome kids

I am currently walking out of your store because your manager and security refuse to allow me with a trolley in your store. My 2 year old is in the trolley and I cannot leave him with your security as he is not luggage and I also cannot carry 15kg around while trying to shop.

A rule of not allowing trolleys with toddlers is absolutely ridiculous!
You have lost a customer today and many more that are shopping with little kids!

I feel absolutely unwelcome in your stores and disgusted that the manager at Sandton Suvarna was not even perturbed when I mentioned that I cannot mange to carry my little one around with me and would then have to leave- not even an inch of sympathy

Very disappointed at your non customer centric policies
