Failure to provide correct product

I placed an order in September 2012 for paving from Stone Age which was supposed to be delivered on 18 October 2012. I have not as yet received my paving even though I paid for it and make numerous follow-ups. Since Stone Age has not been able to fullfill our agreement, I have requested a refund from them but with no joy.
I also ordered coping from Stone Age which Pretoria pools paid for and delivered to my home. Unfortunately Stone Age gave them the incorrect coping which is now lying in my yard. I have requested Stone Age to pick up this incorrect coping and refund me but they still have not done so.
