Poor workmanship and after sales service

Investment pools upgraded my pool in November 2012 and because of poor workmanship they had to redo the paving, coping and mosaic on the pool. The coping was repaired but that messed up the mosaic. The mosaic is still not repaired. It took them 4 retries to get the paving fixed (they took paving bricks out from my driveway to fix their mess up and they used my sand and cement without even asking). I am speechles
