Bad work done NO AFTER SALE SERVICE

We had our driveway paved with smart stone/eurostone using Boss Paving in November 2011. Just after they installed the pavers and we have paid them in full - R 45 000.00 some of the pavers started to brake and crack.
I have contacted the owner Andre Jordaan and he undertook to replace them as he had the rep from smart stone/eurostone on the premises to look at the stones and they would do that in new year 2012 as all the factories are now closed?
We have been struggling from January 2012 to get Boss Paving Pretoria back to fix broken stones? They promised on numerous occasions to come and repair the stones as they arranged with Smart Stone to supply the broken stones but still no repairs?
It is now more than a year later and we are still struggling with them? Andre never replies when you phone and leave a message neither does he reply on email.
I have got my emails to support this matter.
