Saphire stone out for the second time

Before I get really of and write what I am thinking, please refund the money on this inferior quality ring that you sold my husband last year March for my birthday. This is the second time I am on hello peter and the second time after you "so called" fixed the ring that I am experiencing the same problem i.e. the saphire stone keeps falling of the ring. Lucky me I keep finding the stone or you will never replace the lost stone. I am not taking an chances again buying from you, so I DEMAND A REFUND FOR YOUR LUCKY CHARM PRODUCT PLEASE!
