SA Paving
No Service

We had a job done by SA Paving. The quality of paving bricks supplied by Stone Age, through SA Paving was so bad, they refunded our money for the product, but not the labour for the job. Our concrete edging continuously breaks and chips away. I was promised by Eric that after 3 to 4 months they would look at sealing the paving due to large discolouring of the product. I battled for 3 months to get the Stone Age money back from SA PAving, have emailed and SMSed Eric and Norman to please fix the cement edging that is breaking away. No Response at all.

I paid over 100000.00 for this job, got refunded 40000.00 for the product. The level of service once the job was completed is no existant, no calls, follow up, nothing. we suffered over 20000.00 damage to walls and painting on our house that we still covered and never complained about due to the poor workmanship of SA Paving. I would have at least expected a little service for the 60000.00 labour charge for laying down the product. Never again will use them, after thinking they were the best.
