Still Awating tome stone to be put up!

We have ordered a tome stone with Avbob Kempton Park on the 3 September 2013. Were as it was said that they will contact us after 4 weeks for the final wording to be approved and 2 weeks later the stone will be put up. After phoning week after week for them to advice us that they are still waiting for the factory. We were promised 6 weeks longest waiting period. We are now entering our 13th week. With Still no answers as to when the tome stone will be put up... When do you think this tome stone is going to be put up on the Grave.
