Staff dont care attitude

On 29 January this year I went into the shop to buy an ankle chain for my wife - we live 500 km away from pretoria and being a man I accepted the sales lady 's word that this was it - at home we discoverd this was in fact an arm chain as it was rather short. I dlost the slip so I accept that i could not return this to the store and it was only 370 bucks - yesterday around 17h00 i return to the same shop wanting to buy the correct chain - as i walked in two ladies was leaving the shop and a gent behind the copunter was on a mobile phone - i stood around for a minute or so and only when i walked out did the gent put down the phone to talk to me - I was rather upset and told him about my bad experience the week before and a week later they treat me like that again... I got told that both ladies went on lunch >>>> 5 o clock in the afternoon surely you can roster beter than this NWJ
