Totally unhelpful

I was at the clicks store on Friday 01/02/2013, wanted the clicks special hair removing cream, could not find it on the shelve, the special was there, only the product was missing. Luelle was busy stocking up some stuff so I asked her if there was any in stock. Without even going to check she advised if there is nothing on the shelf then it is sold out. I said fine I will ask at the till to confirm there isn't any left.
When I got to the till, she appeared from nowhere to assist me, seems she was hiding something or I would expose her for being unhelpful. I am very disappointed becuase this is not the first time I did not find the specials at this store. The last time I went for the perfume special, that was also sold out. And they do not give rain cheques or anything.
This looks like suspicious behaviour to me, like they hide all the specials away.
