This is the second time I'm having to report vodacom in Edgars, Cresta!! After reporting them on Hello Peter on the 28th I received an email from Kim Thornton apologising on behalf of Vodacom. she asked me to confirm my details via email which I did and I am still waiting for a response. Patricia Williams is supposed to be a specialist HOWEVER she clearly doesn't specialise in customer service and calling clients back when there is a problem! I have explained the entire situation to her and she was made full aware of where I stand and what is happening and when i called her now guess what: SHE IS OFF! No one calls me back, I leave countless messages. Devraj NEVER answers his phone and he is supposed to be the store manager! What exactly is he the store manager for if he cant call clients back or assist in the solving of customer problems! this is a matter of URGENCY and it seems that no one in that store has a clue as to what URGENT means. I am being sent from pillar to post and Ive had just about enough. Im about to go to Carte Blanch about the shocking service that Vodacom Offers and Edagr's choice in "managers". This is INCOMPETENCE at its very BEST!!!
