Now again on the 20/09/2013 I called Edgars so called experience team to get clarity on an ITC issue which they cannot seem to fix.
I spoke to one of their agents who attempted to help me, however was completely clueless as to what should be done. I asked to speak to his supervisor and all he could say was "but on my system it is different. Apparently letters have been emailed to me, but yet I have received nothing. They say they attempted to call me, people i also have a job, i cannot take calls anytime i like. Could an email not be sent?
This however does not changed the fact that I am suddenly owing Edgars money which is INCORRECT!
my account was closed and paid up in full.
i have an Credit report print out from around 2 months ago showing that, now suddenly 2 weeks later, i owe Edgars over R4000 and 9 months overdue?!?!?

this is pathetic and ridiculous. this also messes up my credit rating. the beautiful part is that this is the 3rd time i am posting on hellopeter and edgars management has made no attempt to contact me or rectify this problem.

and anyone i have spoken to, has no clue what to do or how to fix the problem. they just say we will pass it on.
