Non Delivery of ordered items

On 26 September 2025 I ordered a cycle and a few days later I ordered a buggy from Veloraform that is online entity that advertises aggressively on social media.
To date neither item has been delivered, and I have been treated to two promises that the issue is in the hands of the customs.
When we order from Temu items are cleared by Customs in one day.
I suspect that I have been scammed.
