No delivery on goods & no response to emails

Miriam is aware of the issue but has not been responding to my emails. I ordered a few items - they were delivered last week Thursday. I decided not to take some of the items. The delivery guy said he needed to take all the items back as a new invoice had to be drawn up (this is actually incorrect as per style36's policy and I knew this, but didn't want to argue so I let him take all the items back). He promised to redeliver them as soon as the new invoice was made up. It is now Wednesday of the following week and I have still not received my items. Miriam said that the items were on my way to me on Monday. Clearly not. Style36 has not bothered to respond to my emails since.

It really is not on that I have to run after style36 for something as simply as receiving my order!

I would also like to bring to style36's attention that their practice of allowing items to disappear out of a shopper's cart because another shopper has decided to checkout sooner than you have, is really bizarre. When you are at a shopping mall, customers would never be allowed to take items out of your trolley just because they are going to pay at the till first. Made for a frustrating shopping experience.
