I have called and complained a lot now. When I ask to speak with a supervisor the supervisor never has time to speak to me.

I have made an online order, order number o89549922. The order was delivered but there were two items on the invoice that was not delivered. The items that was delivered in these items place is completely different and I want them exchanged. Every time I call they keep on saying that they will come to exchange the next day but never show.

Items that was ordered and delivered:
Russel Hobbs Steamer ordered for R1100 and got a Russel Hobbs Stylish Hotplate delivered for R700.
3 x Nestle Condensed Milk ordered and got 3 x Nestle Treat delivered.

These ordered items is displayed on the invoice and still just complete different items was delivered.

Now I do not want the hotplate and it is useless to me. I want what I ordered. Stop giving me promises and all the bull of calling back when you do not. Why is the call centre and packers for woolworths so incompetent and not able to help?
