Horrible service

I got a birthday clothing voucher on the 16th July, spent it at Somerset Mall, went to exchange, they couldn't credit me on another voucher, couldn't exchange, i ordered an expensive boot, and im still waiting for any feedback, when i went back to the store, the Cashier told be, they take so long, but i was told on the day of order 14days, i phone several times a day, and just get, the number you have dialed is not available, where is the quality in the customer service, this is very unprofessional, poorest service i have ever received.
