Voucher instead of refund

I bought clothes at Kolonade branch. My husband paid for it with his credit card. I went to Quagga to exchange 2 of the items for a smaller size. They know me very well because I also work in the Mall, and I am a regular customer in the shop. I could not find the size, and the manager refused to refund me. She had a lot of nonsense stories. She said my husband must come because it is his credit card. I said she can do the refund on my credit card. I don't want the cash, and she can also phone him to confirm the transaction. She ignore me and just issue a voucher. What can I do with the voucher if you don't have the correct size? i will also only be able to go to Kolonade after 5 to 6 weeks. I will take that voucher, put it in an envelope and give it to the branch manager as a farewell gift. I will never visit any of your shops again. Luckily I can go to any shop because I buy cash.
