I went to Edgars, The Glen on Saturday because I received a voucher for the days of the 30th - 31st of Aug with my statement, I hate going to the mall at the at the end of the month, but it was worth it because of the voucher, I stood in the que for at least 30 minutes and when we got to the cashier she told me I couldn't use it because I was not a club member, I have had an account with Edgars for many years now and this is the first time I have been told this, I asked the cashier why do I need to be a club member to be able to use the voucher, she automatically rolled her eyes and asked if I would like to speak to the manager, I said yes, as I was waiting for the manager I read the terms and conditions of the voucher and it said I can use it if I am a thank you card holder. When the manager arrived I asked him were did it mention on the voucher that I had to be a club member and why did I receive this voucher with my statement if I cannot use it. He did not answer my question, he just repeated what the cashier told me, I do not appreciate the attitude of the cashier and the manager. i would finally like an answer as to why do I not deserve a voucher I am a customer.of yours.
