Book express doesn't want to refund customers

Worst service

I order two Unisa textbooks from book express and was invoice on the 08/01/13 and received only one book. The other book was just highlighted on the invoice which probasbly meant it was out of stock. I waited for a response to my query but by the 30 January I emailed and called for a refund as I have ordered and received the textbook via [URL Removed]

I was told they will look into the problem because they are not sure where the textbook is. They think it went out with the courier. This is now the 7th of Febuary and after several phone calls and emails still no refund.
