Waiting for Service for more than 60 Days

Place an order in October for 2 Chest of Drawers.
Finally received in December, but not happy with colour on one of the Units.
After discussing with the store, was asked to keep it ready and someone would collect and deliver the correct one.
Since then no feedback, and we have to keep on calling to get updates and always the same story about back log, and 40 days now and still no delivery, no updates unless we call.
Disappointed in Supporting this Retailer.
