WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!

I placed an order over a month ago, firstly recieved one-the mirror chest of drawers- which was cracked all on the sides, (surely they should know how to package it to prevent the mirror from breaking?) second order still hasnt been delivered- their only answer to when it will be delivered is "in two weeks time". Calling the customer service is a complete waste of time as you wait for so dam long only to be told they will call you back which they dont! Iegtisam who is supposed to be a manager there has no clue what is happening in their warehouse and doesnt even have the decency to call back! I am waiting since friday to hear when my chest of drawers will be replaced, I even offered to collect the new chest myself and yet they cant do anything about the broken item I have received. I would never ever recommend Homechoice to anyone and once i get my items (knows when) i will never purchase there again. Worst service ever.
