Poor Service and Incorrect Delivery

Ordered a Samsung Galaxy S4, I wanted a black one and was told can't guarantee colour, I said won't take a contract then. Ronnie said he will check what colour is available and said there is only black so I would get The Colour I wanted. Well what do you know, I received a White one.

Called to tell them I want the product that I ordered and they must collect the incorrect phone. A service agent said she submitted that I want it collected, called another Lady, Meagan after again and said can't see that iv requested a collection.

Asked a couple agents what costs I will be billed if cancel and No one could give me a total.
I was advised it is 3-7 working days to collect, another 3-7 working days to check the phone and another 3-7 working days to deliver the correct one.(Which Meagan said they do have the black in stock, so why deliver incorrect in the 1st place). This is not my fault and I cant sit up to 21 working days( - a month) without a phone.
This should take Max a week in my opinion, as can make arrangements to overnight and check old phone straight away and overnight Correct Phone.

This is really frustrating and could of been prevented if job executed correctly.
