On the 23 January 2014 i went to Game stores in Chrishani Mall in Ekurhuleni, paid cash for a refrigerator that was on special. The amount was R1, 999 KIC 17OL code 600155051837. Jabu was the person assisting me. For the delivery i was told they will charge R250 thats when i decided i'll pick up the fridge myself but to my suprise im then told i'll have to go pick it up in Germiston Gosforth Park wich is the warehouse thinking that its the stores procedure i then agreed to go to Germiston. According to Jabu the closing time in Germiston is Mon-Sat 4:30 on sunday is around 1 to 2 wich he wasnt sure of. So i went on sunday the 26 January 2014 got there around 13:15 and i was told they about to close and cant assist me. I then went again on the 2nd February 2014 spoke to a lady cannot remember her name and she told me the Fridge is out of stock. Please advise it is procedure that a customer is sent to the warehouse to pick up an item or is it the stores duty to make sure that the item is available...? How does the store advertise an item that is out of stock...? Im now left with the proof of payment but dont have the Fridge. Please advise how do i sort out this issue
