No response to complaint for 1month!!

I issued a complaint on Hellopeter on 20 December regarding @home's non-delivery of a chest of drawers that was fully paid for and their lack of communication/follow-up with us regarding the lack of delivery. There has been no response to that complaint for an entire month. This means that headoffice of @home is not interested and does not hold individual stores accountable for their actions. Please read my previous complaint to see what I mean. To update you- last week the delivery of the drawers was delayed once again from 5 Jan until the end of Jan. Now today, we told that we are not getting the drawers at all!! There was a problem with all the drawers that came into the country and they had to be sent back!! And all the while @home has had our money since November 2013. After 2months of waiting and hearing nothing- they now say that we will have to come in and select another chest of drawers- as if we will be interested in ordering anything from them again. I'm just shocked that I have not had one phone call from head office on this matter.
