3 and a Half month complaint

I bought a edblo norwich 152cm from house n home in east london. The base set makes a nose even if you just sit on the base set. I reported the complaint on the 16/10/2013 on incident number 000951/01 ; repair note number 019378 after witch a lady by the name Adel promised that my complaint will be resolved. its now the 6th February and all I get is empty promisses that a rep will attend to my complaint. I have requetsed my money back but even this request is being ignored. How long must I be treated this unfair???
