Pathetic anc disgraceful attitude and

I bought a refill for my Addis mop and it didn't fit because Addis changed their design. I called Addis service and spoke to Ouma. They promised to replace the mop and failed to honour their commitment. So I called Ouma's boss Temmy and left a message which she didn't return.
I called the next day and she gives me attitude making me out to be and and maintains that they didn't change their design and I told her the point is that Addis promised me a replacement mop and that is what I am calling about. Then being the Regional Sales Manager of the company she says that she cant help and that I should call someone else. Hows that for passing the buck? I got through to her following the normal customer services channel.

So 3 things are wrong with Addis:-
1. Customer services apparently are not the right people to speak to.
2. Apathetic behaviour from Customer Services, they should be fired.
3. changes to design of their products that the Sales Manger is unaware of.

I want Temmy's boss to contact me.
