Complaints regarding a replacement bed

I bought a queen size bed in Oct 2012, towards Mar/Apr 2013 the bed was not in a very good condition so I reported it at House and Home (Centurion branch), were I was informed that an assessor from Edblo will be sent to come and assess the bed (yes the assessor came) and he made his recommendations that the bed needs to be replaced. I was informed that it will take 2 weeks for a new bed to be delivered to me (I received the sms on 21 May 2013). From 21 May to somewhere 2nd week of June, I went back to the store to find out what is happening and how come they have not got back to me on the developments. I was informed that Edblo only deliverd a base withou the matress but they are expecting to get the matress in a day or 2. Ever since then. I have not heard anything from the store, on whether they received the bed or not.

This is way too much, 2 weeks has turned into 2 months, and the most boring part is that if I do not follow up with the store, then the store doesnt make any effort to call and keep me updated on my issue. What am I to do to get the bed now, because I am tired of having to follow up non stop with the store.
