I bought a slumberland Queen in Aug 12, however in Mar I picked up that the base was faulty and the matter was reported to Morkels on the 15-03-13. On the 21-03-13 a slumberland inspector came for inspection of the base and confirmed that it was faulty hence it needed to be exchanged. An authorisation was made and Morkels was advised of the outcome of the inspection, but since then I've been phoning them for the past two months, however they kept making empty promises. Eventually I got a call yesterday from the building Manager of my complex advising me that there's people from Morkels but funny enough the delivery was not even confirmed with me, but fortunately my wife was home.

Guess what! when I got home after work I discovered that they brought me a Grey Edblo Base, whereas I've got a cream white slumberland and not a grey edblo. I'm writing this hoping that somebody responsible will respond or take action, since I've been battling with this bunch of incompetent people working or running this branch.

My last solution will be to go to Speakout
