Misleading Info

The service is pathetic to say the least. I ordered prescribed books and their turn around time was 24hours, after placing the order and making the payment I was then told I have to wait for 3 Weeks.
Their so called manager wasn't helping either, was just a rubber stamp.
I had to cancel my order as I couldn't afford to wait for three weeks, was then told I have to wait for 48 hours to process my credit, and have to wait again for the money to be transferred to my bank account.
