I am very disappointed with the service received. i had loaded debit authority on my sisters account and confirmation was sent that the account will be debited on the 31st October. On the 1st i called to enquire and they told me that the debits dates run from the 1st - 28th (why was i not told that on the confirmation email?). they told me to do a manual payment and i did. On the 2nd Nov my account was debited. i called to have the debit order reversed or to re credit my account with the amount i paid, they told me to wait 7 - 14 working days . after waiting 2 weeks today i called again today to enquire why the funds are not in my account and they told me that they tried to pay using my sister's details and the bank rejected because it doesnt match, surprisingly the debit order came from my account not my sisters. The consultant told me that i have to wait another 2 weeks to have the this rectified. I have suffered personality damages and no one seems to acknowledge that. I am sick and tried of this and i need it to be solved. i cannot wait another 2 weeks. I don't even have money to go to work!!! 1
