Debonairs Pizza
2 hour wait - this is normal!

So I ordered a debonairs pizza from the west gate mall branch in mitchells plain. When I ordered they said to me that my order shouldn't be longer than 30 minutes as I stayed close by.
I waited and waited and waited and eventually 1 hour later I called them to see how far it was. I couldn't get through but eventually after the 5th try I got through and I asked to speak to the manager, I was told she is not in and the lady on the phone said your order has left it should be there shortly.
Again I waited and 1 hour 30 minutes later I was loosing my cool and called back and I demanded to speak to the manager who again wasn't there. I called 2 minutes later and miraculously she was there but I was told she was busy and couldn't talk now.
I asked why it is taking so long and she says to me that 2 hours is our normal turn around time for deliveries, which I know is bull because it's never the case. Nobody would wait for 2 hours for there food, well besides me.
I ended up getting into my car and driving in to them and when I spoke to the manager she says that it's not her responsibility. Deliveries vary from time to time. What a joke!
